This home was recently renovated and fitted with all new furnishings. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms with high end finishes, new flooring and A/C units in every room. This house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 guests. The bed configuration is as follows:

BR 1: 2 twins
BR 2: queen
BR 3: queen
BR 4: twin over twin bunk bed

The home has an open concept layout so the whole family can gather together. The living room has a large, comfortable sectional sofa. The indoor dining table has seating for 8. Sliding glass door open to the large south and east facing wraparound deck. The home is equipped with a grill and an outdoor dining set for 8 people. Comfortable chaise lounges, deck chairs and and outdoor sectional provide the perfect spot for lounging on the deck. Come back from the beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower! The home is fully equipped with WiFi, DirecTV, linens, towels, pots and pans, cookware, dishware, dishwasher, washer/dryer, beach chairs, bikes, wagon and much more!

Pets are welcome at this property but an additional refundable deposit is required.  Please notify your Vacation Rental Specialist for consideration.

This home is located in Seaview, a highly desirable family friendly community that features lifeguarded beaches, tennis courts, basketball court, baseball field, bay beach, playground, and kiddie pool.  Seaview has direct ferry service from Bay Shore, a gourmet market, wine shop, and plant shop. Seaview is known for its peace & quiet, but enjoys close proximity to the more bustling communities of Ocean Beach and Ocean Bay Park, which are both just a short walk or bike ride away.

    The location was great but the living space was tiny. It would be helpful if the listing had overall square footage as a guide. It was a cery quiet block with no partying neighbors.

    This is the second year we stayed in this same home. It is a great rental for young families. Close to the beach, clean, comfortable and well managed by A2 - they are always available if you need them. We highly recommend this property.

    Stayed with a group of 8 and the house was terrific. Clean and located right by the beach. Out of the 5 houses I've stayed at between Seaview, Ocean Beach and Ocean Bay Park this ranks at the top. The management company was responsive and accommodating. Had one minor issue corrected immediately. Applicances new and perfect space for a decent size group. Ill be back if I can! Thanks!
