It boasts a brand new kitchen with custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, beautifully tiled bathrooms, and hardwood floors. Bright and sunny interior with an open concept kitchen/living/dining area. Indoor dining accommodations for 5 people. Comfortable living room with seating for 5 people. Beautiful sliding glass door leading to an enormous wrap around deck which receives a ton of sunshine! Amazing outdoor dining with seating for 8 people. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 twin beds in each room. 2 spacious outdoor showers! The home is fully equipped with A/C, WiFi, TV, BBQ, linens, towels, pots and pans, cookware, dishware, utensils, dishwasher, washer/dryer, beach chairs, bikes, wagon and much more!

This house is available to rent on a weekly basis (Monday-Sunday or Friday-Thursday), for the weekend (Friday-Sunday), or for midweek (Monday-Thursday) rental.
Pets are welcome at this property but an additional refundable deposit is required.  Please notify your Vacation Rental Specialist if you plan to bring your pet along on your vacation.
Ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the Ocean Bay Park commercial district, which gives off a bohemian and breezy vibe. Downtown Ocean Bay Park features bay front dining at Schooners and Flynn’s, a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, bagel store & deli, grocery store, and a bicycle rental shop.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and showed exactly as advertised! Loved the location and the overall experience! My extremely minor comment is that the blender should probably be replaced. I'm sure its not used often and its kept high up so probably forgotten about when cleaning and think it would probably be a quick fix to just replace it. Otherwise everything was wonderful!
